How The CIA Helped Create Osama Bin Laden
~tmf
Obama referred to this assassination (Osama was unarmed and shot point blank in the forehead to shut him up) as the new American “justice.”
Foolish young white boys cheered outside about this murder while the most of the rest of us were hit in the pits of our stomachs about this end of the rule of law. No president has the power to murder without charges, trial or a courtroom. Bypassing the rule of law is an impeachable war crime. Trump is now on board.

“During in the 1970s, when Russia was the biggest threat to America and radical Islam was not as a concern of the USA’s, America began funding and training Islamic militants to fight our Russian enemies in Afghanistan. These militants, known as the mujahideen , who helped get the Russians out of Afghanistan… later became the Taliban, Al Qaeda and the Muslim Brotherhood.
One of the most prominent members of he mujahideen was a wealthy son of a Saudi Arabian businessman named Osama Bin Laden. National Security Advisor Zbigniew Brzezinski visited Afganistan in 1979 and met with Bin Laden and even took a picture with him.
…America must learn from the foreign policy mistakes of our past. These mistakes have helped create our enemies: Saddam Hussein, Manuel Noreaga, and Osama Bin Laden. The enemy of our enemy is not always our friend, most often they become our enemies too. As America gives aid to rebels in Libya and other countries, we must be cautious not to create another Bin Laden.
” The US government trained, armed, funded and supported Osama bin Laden and his followers in Afghanistan during the cold war. With a huge investment of $3,000,000,000 (three billion US dollars), the CIA effectively created and nurtured bin Laden’s al-Qaeda terrorist network using American tax-payers’ money. Afghanistan is one of the world’s poorest countries, where such an enormous sum of money had extraordinary value.”
BBC news article: “…Bin Laden left Saudi Arabia in 1979 to fight against the Soviet invasion of Afghanistan. The Afghan jihad was backed with American dollars and had the blessing of the governments of Saudi Arabia and Pakistan. He received security training from the CIA itself.

The assassination of Osama was the end of the rule of law in America. We no longer have civil rights, human rights, peace, justice or freedom. The CIA and Pentagon run the show.
“Bissonnette says the point man pulled the two women out of the way and shoved them into a corner and he and the other SEALs trained their guns’ laser sites on bin Laden’s still-twitching body, shooting him several times until he lay motionless. The SEALs later found two weapons stored by the doorway, untouched, the author said.”
Most people call this murder.

So now, according to Barack Obama, invading a sovereign nation against their will and murdering an unarmed man suspected of a crime is “justice.”
In fact, this murder subverts the rule of law. Osama knew too much. So the president had him killed without trial. No president has this authority. Congress did not blink.

Trusted and widely respected scholar of international criminal law, William Schabas, says that the killing of bin Laden amounts to murder:
“Credible reports indicate that when he was killed, Bin Laden was in his bedroom and he was unarmed. He was accompanied by his wife, and apparently a child was also present. He did not, contrary to early reports, use his wife as a ‘human shield’ although she may well have tried to prevent her hus
band from being killed, which should not surprise anyone. He was in his mid-50s and has been on kidney dialysis for many years.
If these facts are true, the killing of Bin Laden should be described as murder. In international human rights law, we would use the term ‘extrajudicial, summary or arbitrary execution’. Such murder is
obviously contrary to international law, it is contrary to the laws of Pakistan and it is contrary to the laws of the United States…There is no legal exception that allows American soldiers to sneak into a country, confront an unarmed man in late middle age and to kill him, whatever the nature of the crimes of which he is suspected.”

What if the US
Were a Nation of Laws?
“President Obama murdered Osama bin Laden. I am surprised the “left” has been so supportive—not of the end result, but of the way it was carried out.
Imagine if the killing had gone down the same exact way, but under Bush. Armed commandos invade a foreign country, storm into a suburban neighborhood, blow a hole in a house and blow away an unarmed man in front of his 12-year-old daughter. The guy was a murder suspect…
But there’s no attempt to arrest him or bring him to justice. They spirit his bloody corpse out of the country and claim to have dumped him into the ocean, without providing a shred of evidence.…I’m angry that Bin Laden was assassinated without trial. I am not happy. I didn’t know the guy or care for his ideology, but he might have revealed details about illegal CIA operations which contradicted the best interests of America. I’m angry that, without a trial or a real investigation, we will never know about his crimes as a CIA “asset.” (Although, we still have no proof he is dead)
